Learn the lesson of obama, as for "why any authentic grassroots movement must be comcomized", so that non of its members could ever takeover the whole movement against its own root!!!

Take the "obama movement" as a showcase¹ for a successful volunteering and donation project,

• which after being accomplished successfully is proven going against the interest of its activists (e.g. war making + making richer the bankers), just because the project could be taken over by one of the activists, which was the leader (i.e. obama the person).

Such a case could never happen if the activists where the owners of the mailing lists, i.e. when the project is comcomized

• and such taking-over is ALWAYS a case which when is successful can happened in our world, and so unless being comcomized we, as collective of activists sharing some common interest, are becoming less and less trustful.

Any grassroots project must have a well defined aim, which when achieved⁴ is only one among many steps together constituting a grassroots movement. In such a process the organization must be flexible to allow some of its parts to exit itself and some new parts to enter itself, so that the organization could become a grassroots movement able to well response to yet unknown situations. The ComComism can solve exactly this problem, after agreeing upon this, since it also lets its members to exit with a positive value of their share.

The obama's grassroots movement is in a problem which could be helped by ComComizing⁵ the (mailing lists of the ) movement.

On 2009-01-17: Obama Announces "Organizing for America"

The 2009-01-17 was the last day of the bottom-top movement, just because by only that top-bottom Announcement by the obama head and still without any other bottom-top activity, the dictions of complete transformation, of the name, the ownership, the agenda and the manager of the movement and its properties was made.

• What if the domain name (barackobama.com) with its mailing list of 13 million members was owned by those members who donated for the campaign for obama's presidency and then would you still believe that the transformation to the Organizing_for_America project⁷ could be made possible just by a call of obama⁸?

Hi, we believe that Any grassroots movement can only be such of which assets are owned mainly or completely by its activists!!! This open letter is both: a Criticism⁹ and a call or suggestion to allow the members in the mailing list running upon a specific domain-name to own (as c-holders) the domain and the list (see also ComCom-Social). We do consider such a move as an essential act for the long run benefit of any grassroots movement¹⁰ and specifically the one putting obama in the office¹¹.

Here are some questions, leading us and hopefully you to the above conclusion:

• Do you remember this one? "Let me be very clear. You are the ones who built this campaign, and Barack wants you to be the first to know who will join him in leading our movement for change."
• The obama movement, is it still a movement for a change going from bottom-up? Is this still a grassroots movement/operation¹² ? Does changes still can only go from bottom up? And still do we need to bring the change?
• As an activist, how can you know that in your mailing list the strategy of information processing and knowledge ordering is a Bottom-up or a Top-down and how can you make sure that it will continue be so?
• How to (re)stimulate your activists?

Having us supporting the obama's health insurance reform plan, still we argue that The Organizing_for_America (OFA) is a case to study for being the switching point from a real grassroots movement bringing the change from bottom up to a top-down distribution of ordering¹³, which is weakening the movement all togther: The OFA is such switching point since the mailing list of 13M members together with the domain name (barackobama.com) had been handed to the DNC without any permission (i.e. Just because the owners of the list are not its members and only upon one time announcement of obama the person) and since the Democratic National Committee (DNC) is the only one body governing the United States Democratic Party on a day to day basis and as such the DNC is by no means identical to the the body of the members in the mailing list.

This act of handing the mailing list +domain to the DNC was claimed for seeking "to mobilize Obama supporters to elect other political candidates and support President Obama's legislative agenda".

Such agenda are pushing Obama's health insurance reform plan¹⁴ but not (in addition to or instead of the endless bailouts) making GovComCom out of the bank of America (with 45 billion) and of the Aig (with 182,5 billion).

Last this: Still remembering the reaction in the mailing list for one additional mail calling for supporting obama, still remembering the flow of some levels of the Re:Re:Re…, still remembering the new ideas , the new information, the new todos and so much of the warm and intelligent support, still remembering all that but nowadays nothing of that is to be found. Oh Mithch here we think we know why:

Here is a personal sad story about the pile technology leading its inventor (e aka Erez Elul) to the comcomism as the only mean allowing inventors together with developers to be protected from been taken over :

e established partnership with an investor (p) to hold a company of which e has 90% and p has 10%, but p registered that company (with 100%) on his name only. This wrong doing was discovered to e only after 7 years. In all those 7 years, both partners agree about 2 guidelines: Never selling exclusive license and never selling to agent of any (institute of any) state.

The system invented by e integrate trees into their nodes/objects and doing so while breaking the hierarchies embeded in the trees. Top technicians in Microsoft, Google, Cisco, HP and others were interested to know more about this technology, since it could take any 2 objects it previously defined and then, by defining another such specific object as their specific relation, relate them in each of both possible orders. This system allows recursion, at any scale, of relation of relation relation, so that all and any of which is always found in its specific order simply by the position of such specific object in that system.

e, as many other who understood this technology, believe that this system is better way to make order, better than the one establishing order in hierarchy/table and for e, to find, to prove and to deliver such better way/system was the task of his life or the task which he took on himself. And so, while believing that developers are the ones shaping the mind of the users using the product they developed, e feared corruption penetrating states' institutes (fearing the possible misusing of the power this technology allow to have) and rejected any exclusivity only for to allow more developers to understand this technology.

p established many paths for negotiation also with microsoft and although microsoft never make any deal which do not deliver to it full exclusivity.

And so, we also had one person (which was reported by p to have some 10% in microsoft !?) saying that: Non formally, he estimate that microsof would pay 200 million dollar for exclusivity for this technology. p came to e and reported on that case adding that he refused (because of the exclusivity issue) and e smiled and said that it is good (that p refused microsoft).

this tech was realesed under gpl to the comuunity but only as e was hangery and homeless.

Lately, 9-10 years after founding that company, e returned to the city and p has died one month later knowing that e came to initiate comcomism in that and from that specific city.

And now with deep sorrow and after long long crying, e is continuing both project pile tech and comcomism, and doing it only for this one reason: to deliver better structuring in any scale, structuring functioning better then the one of known as hierarchy.

We spread comcomism on the ground and online and in parallel² for creating our "help" and for you or your friends, when yet do not know, understand or use any comcomized unit.

This is the center for decentralizing the practical activities related to comcomism, while focusing on the practices of learning and of change of opinions. For this we provide

• On the ground: a simple-and-free-for-minimum-cost-platform of graduation in 4 levels integrated with
• Online: our comcom-social-1 with direct skype or gtalk
• and additionally and in parallel we organically develop (in licensed net of comcoms) local centers (located-bodies) being comcom acting in our common interest and all that as we are the actual owners of it.

About the workshops

The workshops and Trainings for comcomism are based upon the personal agreement and are organized, directly or by organizers, between attendees and initiators, who graduate attendees to be comcomists. This we do either here directly or indirectly by organizers organizing the workshops or through located-bodies (being themselves comcom).

Hence, as such it forces decentralization of power of holders and when common interest/treats/goals become an issue, but mistrust or luck of responsibilities creates some problems it is practically the better way to go.

• In short It is useful structure of organization in the case of smaller business when they are organized in front of the bigger ones. e.g. as the nobles did when confronting the king, but it is also useful for any position:
  • If you are in the position of "the king" (as in the p-holder's position), would you like your soldiers to be holding share in "your land" for being really loyal and do the most they could for protecting that "land" and
  • if you are a useful force like a horse, what kind of horse are you? is that one bind tight to a wagon or the free one (as in the c-holder's position) able to run to the next village for to offer your product for to bringing your costumer to you?

In the old times of the capitalism, the way for bodies to grow was by these 3 steps:

1. takeover some elements, of which each is one small business,
2. pack these elements so that you could
3. hand it over, meaning hand the new package as a new product for higher price to the richer.

• And so, as the over centralization is proven to work against the small business (by actually killing the small ones) and by increasing the risk of having too big players in any economy, we, the small business, now, in the new times of comcomism, have
  • small business able (as in step 2.) to be packed (but now) as c-holders for better performing and stronger establishing our market and for being able better resist against being taken over by bigger bodies (as in step 1.).

Take a look on this: most of the time, we are in both positions we are comparative and also we have something in common. e.g. let's take 2 small business, in one street actually having the same clientele and hence they would try to fight each other about that same market, but that clientele could also be(come) bigger or smaller, just because the street gut be more or less attractive.

And so for making the street be more attractive they now must be well organize.

Here comcomism can help and especially where the partners are competitive just because it sets the rules and the power's distribution for always and right in the the start, it does so simply and clearly, in other words, ComComism increases trust. So, of course we are not equal, but we could have equal power in one project of which goal/cause/threat is common for us both. And so, as long as some people can have some common goal/cause/threat there comcom could be the way they could organize even only for the trust they could share in such organization.

Matters related to Defensing Small Business, can be better organized when competing and/or complementing business are organized as c-holders in comcom, as these comcom are the base for establishing the requirement meeting their common need.

Here is an example:

• The Problem: One may have the equipment and the space for allowing several practitioners (maybe also including her/his self) to practice their profession as a service (such as teaching, massaging etc) for their clients, where the clientele per each practitioner is somewhat insufficient, but collectively is sufficient, for being able to pay the rent for the space.
• The solution: The practitioners are organized as one ComCom of which d=1 (defined by this personal-agreement), so that the new comcom is the body renting the place (but now from better position of negotiations for practitioners versus the owner of the space, but also while easing for the owner the trouble of large scale initiation ) and also (as the new comcom) are now ready to be developed in other spaces with their own brand (the brand of the new comcom) and with new practitioners with their new clienteles.
  • Another solution: the d of the comcom of which c-holders are the practitioners is smaller than 1, hence allowing other p-holder to hold some share in the same comcom, so that the preferred attendees, meaning the preferred clients of the practitioners could be organized as c-holders in a comcom of which d=1 and which is a p-holder in the comcom of which c-holders are the practitioners.
    • This way the brand developed by the practitioners can offer the attendees something beyond the service they actually provide, with the plus of when the c is big enough the attendee might attract new such attendees to the same brand.

Another useful example: Dear owner - are you in the stress of such zero-or-100%-option (could you take 60%)?

Do you have a mortgaged property for which you are periodically paying your payment for rescuing 100% of the property, while fearing the risk of the default, in which case you are losing the whole property;

and if your payment to the bank was planed to be covered by e.g. renting your property, but is acutely not covered, would you like an alternative option? Say, to still have, but now only 60% of the property?

If so, well, you could make it, as you are the p-holder and the renters to buy are the c-holders of the comcom holding it as its d=0.4!

And here is a general ComComized apparatus for becoming more authentic and more organically developed:

When a customer of a unit is also its owner, as a shareholder, p-holder or c-holder, would then the one be treated with more respect such that the one could well identify the telling out of the selling? This question is tightly related to the miss-information given to the public at least in the last ten years considering at least these four issues:
1) Hiding the global warming as a man kind product and as the man kind get be more addicted to consumption;
2) Hiding the ??peak of oil?? while using building and marketing machines exhausting energy;

Another question: Is the result of mapping a set of different relations relating elements such that every element of one set is related only with a unique element of another set, is telling giving information which is useful for making a new or a renewed set resulted from mapping and is selling establishing (an authorizing) position of seller versus buyer, for attaching some telling to any exchange of values or valuable things? If so, could problem in selling (resulted in unauthorized actions) be when hiding the selling as being only telling i.e. when causing the buyer identifying the selling only as telling?

e.g.: When using the hiding of the fact of the association to any of the positions related to the exchanges (of valuable things ) and doing so for getting confusion: resulting in wrong or no (as in resting) estimation of resources ???(west, exhausting etc), as price is to be measured also in time given without proper return filing emotion thinking stress etc and as such confusion occurs many times while remaking the same mapping over and over again???.

The ComComIsm is a useful way to have us having equal power while still being free (even) in the commercial sense of our daily living, whether we are represented by, representing the or actually being the owners. By using this personal agreement, we are keeping equality for any number of us and doing so while INVESTING IN instead of DONATING FOR our buildings in our communities. We, the circle-way-people could create a comcom (circle-way-comcom), in which we are the c-holders, but only after we made the fundamental decision for how much is the "d"¹ of that comcom . Here is as an example: We could create 2 ComCom: The ComComX (of which d=1 as it is defined here) and the ComComY of which d<1, where ComComX is a p-holder or a c-holder in ComComY².

For our comcom to be the owner of the proprieties A,B,C etc, we could, but only as d<1, offer holding as p-holders in our comcom also to the proprieties' owners a,b,c etc³ and we could be doing so proportionally to the value of the property they are to put in our comcom and in consideration to the value we (as c-holders) would put in it and all that in the boundaries of the "d" we already set for our comcom.

• You can (ask the others to) invest as c-holder instead of (to) donate (even with variety of amount of payment, or of payment methods),
  • where several owner/shareholders in one organization are comcom of which d=1, all of which are to be invested by their c-holders instead of being donated to one-final-organization (e.g. company.comcom or any other unit), where
    • the investment for each of which is to be invested in different amount (i.e. different comcom per each amount, say v += 5$ $10 $20 etc),
  • and so that the portion/voice held by each comcom in the final-organization is proportional to its specific investment (c*v) of that specific comcom in the organization.

Hence Per each cause the ComCom of the cause can be structured such that:

1. the d of the ComCom of the cause separates between the power of the activists versus the power of the contributers and is unchangeable regardless any amount of contribution;
2. the c-holder of the ComCom of the cause
   1. are the activists of the cause who are realizing the cause and
3. the p-holders of the ComCom of the cause
   1. are ComCom of which d=1 and of which c-holders are the contributers for the cause who are the investors instead of being donating for cause,
      1. where the contribution can also be in small amounts and/or regularly etc as in comcom-community.

Then there are some things you need to know:

• You can configure all security and other settings online, using the Site Manager. When you invite other people to help build this site they don't have access to the Site Manager unless you make them administrators like yourself. Check out the Permissions section.
• Your Wikidot site has two menus, one at the side called 'nav:side', and one at the top called 'nav:top'. These are Wikidot pages, and you can edit them like any page.
• To edit a page, go to the page and click the Edit button. You can change everything in the main area of your page. The Wikidot language is easy to learn but powerful.
• You can attach images and other files to any page, then display them and link to them in the page.
• Every Wikidot page has a history of edits, and you can undo anything. So feel secure, and experiment.
• You can choose different themes in the Site Manager, and you can write your own theme if you know CSS.

• The license for this Wikidot site has been set to Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 License. If you want to change this, use the Site Manager.

To create a link to a new page, use syntax: [[[new page name]]] or [[[new page name | text to display]]]. Follow the link (which should have a different color if page does not exist) and create a new page and edit it!
